Snapper Whole Fish

Red Snapper Whole fish are sold individually they range from 1.25-1.5 lbs.  Red Snapper is a wonderfully flavored fish that pairs well with a light salad, or any recipe calling for fish. Skin on, but fully scaled, our Red Snapper fantastic on the grill pan seared or even for sushi dishes.
