Gift cards are mailed using the Post Office. Expected deliveries for a Gift Card would be approx. 3 to 5 business days, depending on how far it is being mailed.
During the holidays
it is wise to order early to avoid holiday shipping delays. When ordering for the holidays, the couriers extend their shipping hours to as late as 10 o’clock pm, also because of holiday volume, Next Day Air packages may be delivered in 2 days and 2nd Day packages may take a third day to be delivered.

We are closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, & New Year’s Day. Shipping companies do not ship on major holidays. Orders will be shipped the next business day.
Seafood packages may be shipped anywhere in the Continental USA. Joe Patti’s provides a Next-Day Air Service and 2nd Day Air Service using FedEx and UPS (the online store calculates UPS shipping cost). The rate may be higher than “Best Way” orders may be done online, phoned in, or placed in person. Online orders may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. We do not ship anything C.O.D.
The seafood will be packed fresh or frozen and kept cold by ice packaging. Your seafood is placed in a sturdy, reusable Styrofoam cooler, that cooler is placed inside of a corrugated box for extra strength. All shipments are dropped off and need to be unpacked upon receipt. The seafood should be placed either in the refrigerator, freezer or prepared. Therefore, you must notify the person that is receiving the package, if this is a gift. This should not be a surprise.
Each shipping company currently has an “Act Of God” clause for any delays due to weather and all shipping orders are still billed at full price. Once an order is shipped from our location, as agreed, we can not be responsible for your order should the shipping company not deliver it as scheduled. Please keep in mind that by the time the package leaves us we have paid our supplier for the product and we will be billed from the shipping company for the full amount of shipping charges.
It is the customer’s responsibility to take into account the weather forecasts for their local destination area as well as the delivery path from our Pensacola, Florida location to their destination and make their purchases accordingly.
