Sponsorship and Donation Policy
At Joe Patti Seafood Company we are committed to supporting our community and contributing to causes that align with our values and mission. We receive numerous requests for sponsorships and donations, and to ensure a fair and transparent process, we have established the following criteria:
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for sponsorships and donations, requests must meet the following criteria:
- Non-Profit Status: The requesting organization must provide 501(c)(3) status and/or equivalent and the TIN.
- Community Impact: The initiative or event should have a significant positive impact on the community or target population.
- Specificity and Clarity: Requests should clearly outline the purpose, target audience, and expected outcomes of the sponsorship or donation.
Submission Guidelines
To apply for a sponsorship or donation, please follow these guidelines:
- Application Form: Complete the Joe Patti Company Sponsorship and Donation Request Form. Requests that have not submitted the completed form will not be considered.
- Documentation: Include relevant documentation such as proof of non-profit status 501(c)(3), detailed description of the event or initiative.
- Lead Time: Submit your request at least 4 weeks before the event or funding deadline to allow sufficient time for review.
- Contact Information: Provide contact details for a representative who can answer any questions about the request.
Once the decision is made, applicants will be notified within 2 weeks of submission. Please note that while we strive to support as many initiatives as possible, we have a limited budget for sponsorships and donations. As such, not all eligible requests can be accommodated.
