Joe Patti’s Seafood strives to ship you the freshest seafood available anywhere. When your order leaves our facility it is packed with more than enough refrigerant to prevent spoilage. If your order is spoiled or damaged due to negligence by Joe Patti’s Seafood or our shipper, we will replace it free of charge.

If you receive an order that you suspect is spoiled, damaged, or incorrect in any way, please do not discard the contents. Contact us immediately at (850) 432-3315 or Toll-Free: (800) 500-9929. We may request that you return the order to us for inspection. If you are dissatisfied with your order, you must notify our office by phone or email within 24 hours after receipt.
