During the holidays
it is wise to order early to avoid holiday shipping delays. When ordering for the holidays, the couriers extend their shipping hours to as late as 10 o’clock pm, also because of holiday volume, Next Day Air packages may be delivered in 2 days and 2nd Day packages may take a third day to be delivered.

GIFT CARDS are mailed using the Post Office.
Expected deliveries for a Gift Card would be approx. 3 to 5 business days, depending on how far it is being mailed.
We are closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, & New Year’s Day. Shipping companies do not ship on major holidays. Orders will be shipped the next business day.
Shipping Schedule:
2nd Day shipping is only available Monday thru Wednesday. If you place your order Wednesday after 2:00 pm CST, the order will ship the following Monday. Thursday is overnight shipping only if you put in a order on Thursday for a two day ship it will not go out until the following Monday.
*Next Day Air shipping is available Monday – Thursday.

*All shrimp at Joe Patti Seafood are IQF, meaning they will be shipped out FROZEN unless you request otherwise noted. Packages may take an additional 1-2 day delivery because of volume of weather, however Joe Patti Seafood Market WILL NOT be held responsible for those actions.
Any order we receive after 2pm CST will ship the following business day.
Note on Product Weights:
When you choose a weight from the drop down menus for each product please bear in mind that it represents the weight of the product at time of shipping, moisture levels and time for travel may alter the weight very slightly once it arrives. Joe Patti’s Seafood is as accurate as we can be at time of packing for all shipments. On some products there’s an estimated weight given as a guideline, it is our best historical estimate for those products and may be slight more or less than the published weight.

Inclement Weather
Each shipping company currently has an “Act Of God” clause for any delays due to weather and all shipping orders are still billed at full price. Once an order is shipped from our location, as agreed, we can not be responsible for your order should the shipping company not deliver it as scheduled. Please keep in mind that by the time the package leaves us we have paid our supplier for the product and we will be billed from the shipping company for the full amount of shipping charges.
It is the customer’s responsibility to take into account the weather forecasts for their local destination area as well as the delivery path from our Pensacola, Florida location to their destination and make their purchases accordingly.

Seafood packages may be shipped anywhere in the Continental USA. Joe Patti Seafood will use the “Best Rate” through our shipper.
The seafood will be packed fresh or frozen and kept cold by ice packaging. Your seafood is placed in a sturdy, reusable Styrofoam cooler, that cooler is placed inside of a corrugated box for extra strength. All shipments are dropped off and need to be unpacked upon receipt. The seafood should be placed either in the refrigerator, freezer or prepared. Therefore, you must notify the person that is receiving the package, if this is a gift. This should not be a surprise.
